PRDewpointV1 calculates natural gas dewpoints and/or the hexanes plus distribution to match a measured dewpoint. PrDewPointV1 is a beta version. While it is not yet available for licensing, please try the beta version. We welcome your feedback. Contact us at sai@starlingassoc.com if you are interested in license purchase.
The GasProps2008 software is in a dynamic link library (DLL) format enabling you to calculate natural gas speed of sound, critical flow coefficient, Joule-Thomson coefficient, density, compressibility, enthalpy, entropy, heat capacity, isentropic exponent and other thermodynamic properties. GasProps2008.DLL replaces the product GasProps.DLL, which originally was released in 2003. GasProps2008.DLL is computationally more efficient that the original GasProps.DLL and provides more accurate Joule-Thomson coefficient calculations. Users accustomed to spreadsheet calculations using GasProps.DLL can easily convert an existing spreadsheet to GasProps2008.DLL simply by replacing the old macro with a new macro which is provided.
GOFXL2008 is a dynamic link library (DLL) that enables you to calculate natural gas volume flow rate and other related quantities (orifice plate sizing, pressure differential, etc.) right from a spreadsheet through the use of macros. GOFXL2008.DLL replaces the product GOFXL2002.DLL, which originally was released in 2002. The number of example spreadsheets provided with the GOFXL2008.DLL product package has been increased. Also, the example spreadsheets have been made easier to use as templates for user developed spreadsheets by the inclusion of three tabs which show definitions of all inputs, outputs and warnings. The GOFXL2008.DLL User’s Guide has more extensive user information than the previous version. Users accustomed to spreadsheet calculations using GOFXL2002.DLL can easily convert an existing spreadsheet to GOFXL2008.DLL simply by replacing the old macro with a new macro which is provided.
GOFW2002 is an executable program for 32 bit IBM-compatible PCs using Microsoft Windows operating systems. GOFW2002 enables you to calculate natural gas flow rate for orifice meters and linear meters (turbine, ultrasonic, etc.). For orifice meters, GOFW2002 also enables calculation of orifice plate diameter or pressure differential for an input flow rate. This version of GOFW2002 has been improved for users who are making turbine meter calculations in metric units and users who toggle back and forth between metric and US units when using the gage pressure option.GOFLIBC version 1.3 is a complete library of C functions created to perform flowrate calculations for measurements with orifice meters following the standards in 1992 American Gas Association (AGA) Reports No. 8 and No. 3. The GOFLIBC library allows you to choose stand-alone functions to perform the calculations you desire.
Gas Orifice Flow Library GOFLIB in FORTRAN was developed by Starling Associates, Inc. for 1992 A.G.A. Reports No. 3 and No. 8 calculations. GOFLIB32.DLL includes dynamic link libraries (DLLs) which are executable libraries accessed at run time by the user's program. GOFLIB32.DLL is accessible only within WIN95 or later.
